Hello, i'm trying to plug a generic rndis device to a Wits A81E running windows CE 6 R3.
It is supposed to use the usb8023 driver. When i plug the device to the CE tablet, nothing happen, it doesn't ask for a driver, so i suppose it takes the right one but nothing appears in the network connections list.
If I plug an usb key, a mouse or a keyboard it is immediately recognized.
If in the registry in hlklm/drivers/active i cannot find that usb8023 module loaded, is this normal ? Do you have any solution ?

It depends on which side of the conneciton the RNDIS device is expecting. The Windows CE device is usually providing an IP addres. If your device is doing the same thing it will fail. _________________ Chris De Herrera
