The Palm version of this case does not securely hold the T3. It is very apt to fall right out of the thing if you turn it upside down. I have 2 questions: 1) how is the unit securely held in place ? and 2) Can I still slide the T3 open if it is in the case ?

Thanks.

Yes. The PDA is held securely in place while in the case. The T3 can be slid open and closed while securely in the case.
