I have a Casiopeia E-15 and after a week, the screen started to get some bubbles, then while working on it it just quit working. I could not get it to come back up. I tried replacing both the backup battery and the main batteries with good ones. Neither worked. Then I removed all the batteries and waited a few minutes and replaced them and the unit powered up again. I did loose everything that was on the unit. Can anyone tell me what may have caused the problem?

Hi,
Have you tried replacing tbe backup battery? Maybe it's affecting the systems ability to power on.
