I removed the main batteries ( not the back-ups inside the case) but when I restarted it after 20 minutes, the damaged programs were still running, no full reset. After 1 hour, they were still at it.
Do I have to remove the back-up batteries as well ? How ?

Edgar

Hi,
Yes you have to remove the backup battery if it is removeable. Some devices do not have a removeable one - Nino, and the Unipro come to mind.

You might also be able to to a full reest by holding down the power button and pressing the reset button if it has one. I know that works on the Casio models.
