Where can buy Windows CE 3.0 upgrade for my ipaq 3950 which has PPC2002?

HP briefly offered an upgrade CD for certain models, but no longer do, as I think they stopped selling these back in 2004 or earlier. A quick check on eBay shows one CD for sale:

The price is low at USD$13 with free shipping, so perhaps this is what you're looking for?

Thanks for finding that.
Due to time limits, I would really like to get a downloadable version this weekend if possible.
Otherwise, that will have to work!

Just checked the torrent and found there are actually 5 seeders, with an estimated total download time of under 10 minutes. You might want to work on your search skills.
