with a MULTI subkey. I think it means combo cards are supported.
So the question is:
How to tell Pocket PC that my card is also a combo card, and then make use of the modem? Will it work if I copy/adapt this MULTI subkey structure to the entry associated with PCMCIA_10+56Combo-LM5LT-10N-?
If you want to use the modem you would need drivers from the 3rd party that created the card. The drivers would have to support Windows Mobile as well.
I see. However, I wonder if it should be possible to try the built-in generic hayes modem driver (is that what is called "serial.dll" or "unimodem.dll" in the registry?). Just like specifying the NE2000 driver for the LAN part of the combo card, which works fine. What I don't know is if the registry hack would be enough for the modem part.
