The headphone jack in my E-125 has started to have contact problems -- how else, a $500 PPC with a 50c hp jack -- and I'd need to split the case in order to address the problem, probably loosened contacts. I've opened the four screws that are visible, two at the top, two inside the battery bay, but the thing seems to be still stuck in the middle. There doesn't seem to be any other screws, visible at least, and I don't seem to manage to "bend" the stuck mid-section to free the rear panel. Any suggestions/firm facts about opening the PPC?

Thanx,
eD

Sometimes there are screws under the lables. I doubt that is the case here. I would use a tooth pick or some other none abrasive pointy object and slide it towars the middle. Usually there are tabs that need to be pressed in somehow. Hope this helps.
