I received my new cyclops pen/stylus last week. It worked fine for a week and was quite handy during a presentation. However, the laser button is now stuck (in the 'on' position) and I had to remove the batteries in order to turn off the laser.

Please let me know if I can get it replaced and how to go about doing that.

Thanks.

You will need to return it for replacement. Please include a note with your order number and replacemnt request. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
